The Junior Jitterbugs* are 5th and 6th grade students from the Old Brooklyn neighborhood of Cleveland who are interested in learning and performing swing dances from the 1920s through the 1950s.  They take part in twice weekly after school training sessions with Valerie Salstrom and the staff and friends from Get Hep Swing.

The Junior Jitterbugs are trying to raise funds to help support their program.  They need help covering the costs of fliers, hand sanitizer, name tags, cds, etc....and if they can raise enough money they hope to get performance costumes.  They have teamed up with Macy's "Shop for a Cause"** to help them raise the funds they need.

This is how you can help:

Option 2.  Stop by the Macy's at Great Northern Mall*** on Saturday, October 16th and buy a ticket from one of us at the Cleveland Junior Jitterbugs table.  We will be there from 12-4.

Option 3.  Come and dance with us at Macy's at the Great Northern Mall on Saturday, October 16th.  We will be doing demos, giving lessons and having fun from 12-4.  The more attention we can draw to our table the better!!  Please contact me if you are interested in dancing with us.  We are going to try and have an even number of lead and follows there while we are there.

Option 4.  Come and help us sell the $5 coupons to the shoppers at Macy's on Saturday, October 16th.
